Pros

It takes much longer than one might think to finally get all the petals in place. It is a little fiddly to put together and actually a lot fiddley until you learn the trick. It feels really sturdy once it’s together.

The only ding i'd say is the position of the light bracket within the shade as it places the bulb in a position that doesn't evenly distribute the light throughout the shade.

Cons

Not even worth the hassle of returning. This latest unit is a disaster, compared to the one i bought a few years ago under the same listing. It's in the trash. I have no idea how the rest of amazon likes this product.

This thing comes with an instruction paper with no words on how to organize the petals other than size layering. It’s like playing wack a mole with the tabs popping in and out. As you assemble each petal the previous one just constantly pops out.

Once that is done though this piece makes a room feel fancy even if its made of plastic.

This lamp was a bit of a hassle to build as you do have to fold each piece separately and then attach them to the base.

Price

It was easy to put together great value for the money and looks great in my closet.

It is annoying to put together, but a small price to pay for the outcome.

Inexpensive (you do the labor) very attractive finished light.

Packaging/appearance

I got one of those color-changing light bulbs for it and it looks incredible over our dining room table!

Only complaint is that it came jammed into the box and some parts of the body were bent.
