Good quality ball, works great for an office chair, perfect height.

Currently, at home, i have 2 other balls but they are nowhere near the quality of this one.

The pump blows air on both movements as you pull and push the handle!

Shipping

It arrived quickly and well-packaged, coming with a hand-pump, plug remover, additional plug, and instructions for proper inflation.

I did have a shipping issue (didn't receive the plugs) expansive living went above and beyond to correct the issue.

Really quickly after posting a one star review i received a replacement product in the mail.

There was a issue with the plug but the seller responded very quickly and help me fix it.

Packaging/appearance

The cheap and annoying hand pump included in the packaging is difficult to use and snapped after about 100 strokes.

The first package i received did not include a pump; instructions were torn;and plug and remover were not in a sealed bag.

Only thing is that package did not contain pin remover.

Originally missing a plug in the package.

Competitiveness

This one is better than a few that i've tried in the past.

The price range and quality make it the best deal on amazon.
