Since its important for the inflation to result in a firm ball for efficiency its not advisable to underfill because it simply wont work effectively

The equipment that comes with the ball to fill it up comes in handy however is very flimsy

It take a good 15 minutes to fill the ball up but the plastic pump isnt sturdy and makes it difficult to fill up
