Pros

Really good for exercising the midsection and thighs. I'm not light, but this thing holds great and lasts through my kids bouncing around.

Cons

My older ball is much bigger when fully inflated and firmer. It's so small that i'm afraid to sit on it. Also instructions say hips should be above knees but ball won't inflate enough.
