Pros

More importantly it gives me the opportunity to workmy arms and engage my core. It also comes in handy as something comfortable to sit on. Resistance bands add to fitness program.

This ball is great for prenatal workouts. The possibilities with this design are endless. This product is genius.

Great piece of equipment. Just the right size and thickness. Installation of the product is very easy as well. I just wish that the instructions mentioned to do this.

Cons

My older ball is much bigger when fully inflated and firmer. Instructions say hips should be above knees but ball won't inflate enough. There was no pump included.
