Pros

Lately, i was diagnosed with osteoporosis in my hips and spine. The 45mm ball is perfect for my height, under 5' 2. It is very sturdy and i have no problem laying on my back on it for 10 minutes each day.

The ball seems to hold air fairly well and also seem pretty puncture resistant. Seems to be pretty durable too. Perfectly spherical, a total ball. Sturdy and lightweight.

Cons

The material is flimsy, so the ball depresses way down when sat upon. Not durable. Too much give and deflated easily. If you need a 65 this pilates ball is not for you.

But buyer beware. We're so disappointed and it is only 4 days from the return window on amazon! Instead, save yourself $10-$15 by going to walmart and getting a superior stability ball. Honestly angry with this product.

Blowing it up with the pump takes a while, but it’s an easy process.

A great ball for strength, and stretching, and the grandchildren enjoy playing with the ball.
