Pros

The 45mm ball is perfect for my height, under 5' 2. It reliefs pressure on my back, spine and neck. It is very sturdy and seems to be pretty durable too.

The ball itself looks like a quality item. The turquoise is a beautiful color. Overall an excellent exchange all the way around.

Cons

It’s stable and not flimsy, but too much give and deflated easily. I have purchased 2 pilates ball from this brand, both of them are very low quality.

Material is soo thin, ball loose its shape. We're so disappointed and it is only 4 days from the return window on amazon! Instead, save yourself $10-$15 by going to walmart and getting a superior stability ball. Honestly angry with this product.
