Pros

From gentle stretches to intense strength-building exercises, this multipurpose tool caters to individuals of all fitness levels. This ball is everything i expected. It comes with an easy to use hand pump.

Cons

It is very fragile and i was just sitting on this and then it boom. Will not hold air after just a few weeks of normal use. Defective from day one. Had for two days popped. Waste of money.

It is nice and thick and holds up very well.

The first ball my wife came home with from walmart was terrible with a flimsy bad pump.

I purchased the ball sized for someone height of 5’8 and had to return it immediately because it was extremely short.

Price

Replaced with a metal pump which works far better for less than $6.

Packaging/appearance

Exercise ball was as expected but the original packaging was stained and crushed.
