Pros

Nice workout ball, seems very sturdy. It's great for balance and building strength, so i won't be afraid of falling. Sturdy and lightweight.

It soothes and relaxes my back so much that i can't wait to do my exercises! When i am on the ball it’s like it just absorbs my weight or something because the pain dissipates. It reliefs pressure on my back, spine and neck.

No sign of deflation yet either. Comes with a tool for extracting the plug, if needed.

Cons

It’s stable and not flimsy, but too much give and deflated easily. Either buy an air pump or find an exercise place to inflate the ball.

Save yourself $10-$15 by going to walmart and getting a superior stability ball. The first one was scuffed up out of the box. Honestly angry with this product.

Exercise ball was as expected but the original packaging was stained and crushed.
