To access these metrics, you have to connect it to an app, which is quite inconvenient. I often find myself taking out the battery and pedaling just to get it to connect.

This bike feels really sturdy, the overall quality is great!
Easy to install, smooth enjoyable ride, already seeing results after a week.
At first the merach app showed the resistance and then a few weeks after purchase (in the fall of 2023), the resistance stopped showing.
The app is ok but the bike is solid, sturdy and comfortable.
Price
For the price this cycle really can't be beat.
I contacted the company to ask for a discount and they gave me the $100 discount within 24 hours!
As for customer service: i bought this bike for $499 cad and it went on sale 2 days after i bought it for $399 cad.
Shipping
The bike was delivered a week early and it took me 45 minutes to set up with very easy to follow instructions.
It arrived almost a week earlier than expected, it assembled easily and is silent.
Tried it, slow and fast, and very fast!

The hardest part of the assembly was getting the pieces out the box so maybe plan for help if you arent confident in your strength
