This cook top is amazing. Takes a minute to get hot but then holds the heat.

Holds right temperature is non stuck and top quality
This thing does amazing , just be sure to use 10-2 wire and proper 30 amp breaker etc cooks awesome
All i have to do is scrape the cooking surface and wipe the whole thing down.
The cord is about 4-5 feet long and it does come two spatulas and two basting brushes.

This is my first experience with a steel top griddle but not my first experience with cook surfaces that require seasoning

The seasoning process was not difficult but was time consuming because the griddle top has a wide temperature range from middle to edge
