Will try to mount it upside down tomorrow. After that everything works great. Good product, good retailer.

Cons

Buyers beware do not buy from third party as the warranty is not reliable. Note they were disturbed by amazon on behalf of a third party. Very unhappy with the product due to negligent handling of the warranty.
