The velcro strap keeps them from sliding off. They are soft and the strap anchors well. Wish they had fit becasue they were nice.

These socks are perfect for my aging, furry-footed labradoodle. Having multiple pairs also helps keeping a dry pair on her feet as the morning dew in the yard pretty much soaks them.

Dog licks his paws these fit and stay on and keeps him from *. My little poodle slips and slides on hard surfaces.

The medium seems a bit snug on my 80lb golden doodle. Use the paw sizing instructions on the site.

Cons

The socks are not the easiest to get on and take some practice. My dog is a 70 lbs * with big paws, so these socks ended up be a bit small on him.
