Some people complain it collapsed or folded in when in use but if you pull out the corners properly from the bottom it is made so that it cannot fold back in

I ordered this product for a rescue kitten so that she would have space to play while i was working the playpen came to me without the top and bottom so it was virtually useless

I reached out to the seller and advised them of the issue and provided photos of what i received the seller then apologized for the inconvenience and went on to ship me a brand new playpen instead of just the missing pieces
