Nice sweatshirt i have a chubby 11 lb maltese and i purchased the small her neck is 11 inches and chest 17 inches it just fit her with no room to spare i havent washed it yet so i dont know about shrinkage if you like a looser fit then go with the next size up when i do wash it i wont put it in the dryer but i have one complaint the neck opening is somewhat narrow and the hood is useless because its too small other than that it looks really cute on
