The antiglare version also allows the monitor to fully close screen side in im not implying the crystalclear version doesnt i just havent tried it

Specifically within the recess into which the monitor fits there is a small springloaded pin in the lower righthand quadrant along the edge of the recess

They provided some information they thought might help me fix it but also said they were going to send a brand new to me at no charge in case theyre suggestions didnt work
