If you have an issue with your shield which you shouldnt if you follow the instructions carefully they will bend over backwards to help you even if that means sending you a new expert shield

The product is a little tricky to install as all of these are and i was not satisfied with the fact that there were bubbles in several spots that i could not eliminate

The bubbles themselves do not impact the view on the screen and are most annoying when the screen is off
