I contacted the company directly as listed in the instructions and anne from customer service immediately responded told me to keep the one i received and they would send me a new one

I have learned to wipe down the area around me where i will be working and i use an air blower to eliminate the dust particles that always will settle on the screen

Ive read some reviews here claiming there are air bubbles and i must opine that what we are really talking about here is tiny dust particles under the screen that look like air bubbles

If you have the lcd screen clear and free of dust the protector will suck down onto it and leave no bubbles

If you do get one of these dust bubbles use tape to lift the nearest edge of the protector and use another piece of tape wrapped as a tube sticky side out to pick up the offending piece of dust
