I was instantly hooked. Easy install and use. Only complaint is that if your windshield gets super hot like when the temperature goes up, it fell off. It did the day it was bright and sunny and almost 80 degrees.

Magnets are strong, arm is sturdy, suction cup holds great. It is not flimsy by any means.

Cons

The suction cup seems to have lost whatever suction that was keeping it on. The plastic threads pulled out with it, so the mount is now unusable. The hole exposes some of the sticky tape material, and dust and debris get stuck to the hole.

What a joke. Returning 2nd one now.
