Very disappointing since the specs mention it's compatible with the s10.

For 17 it lasted 3 years before something in it snapped and the suction cup doesnt properly engage anymore

I prefer these type of phone holders because i dont want to damage my vents and in new jersey you get an expensive ticket if the phone is mounted directly to the dash

This unit works well is easy to adjust and holds the phone pretty well although you need to pay attention when closes it as it may not close all the way and really grab the phone tightly

Also i have a samsung s10e and the only issue i have with this holder is then when my phone is in the cradle the bottom supports block the microphone so i cannot communicate hands free through the phone directly
