Pros
The taste after being filtered compared to out of the tap is day and night. The graininess of tap water is all gone after filtering. The brita elite filters are rated high.
Cons
Turnt out to be a big flop. Just started leaking on day in my fridge. It leaks so bad i can't use it.

I love the top flap design as it makes it easier to refill and helps us to have nice cold water during the heat waves.
It's easy to clean and seems to be durable and well made.
Bought this 5 years ago and it worked great until it was knocked off the counter onto a slate tiled floor and cracked.
I’ve only had it a few months and it cracked at the bottom and leaked all over the fridge.
Price
00 a year for bottled spring water and ordered this to cut that bill down to barely anything but buying replacement elite filters.
Also much cheaper than a reverse osmosis system or whole home water filter.

The tank arrived broken at the dispenser, i requested for an exchange at a new one arrived perfectly.
Packaging/appearance
Beautiful refrigerator clean lines and my brita inside with plenty of water.
This was a christmas gift but it was a gift for the whole house.

We had had our old brita filter picture for 15 years ive tried othe britta pitcures but they always broke real fast the lids broke off

The water tastes great and i live in an area with very achy water and very hard water and so far the filters have been getting through it okay
