Tie ham it up converter works very well.
I like the case, however, the fit of the board is totally dependant on the quality of build.
What i mean by that is that there were a couple of problems with the nooelec ham it up v1.
Packaging/appearance
Nice case, well made and it was a snap to assemble the nooelec ham it up board inside.
Works pretty good for bundling your upconverter with the sdr dongle, although you will have to get a little creative in the packaging.
A bit of a pain to install the upconverter into, but it works great.
Competitiveness
The nooelec extruded aluminum enclosure fits their ham it up upconverter for rtl-sdr radios circuit board perfectly no problems.
Great enclosure for housing my nooelect upconverter.
I've only had this a short time but if it is like the other nooelec products i have it should be a solid, reliable device.
I would still solidly recommend this product, all things aside, as a home for your ham it up upconverter.

The screws supplied bottomed out on the usb connector

However it took a bit of trial and error to figure out exactly how to optimally assemble all of the parts

Pay attention to the depth of the threads in the end of the standoffs youll want the deeper of the two female threads facing the bottom of the board

If you get the top and bottom standoff reversed it looks the same and you can still insert it into the enclosure but the short screws you eventually put through the hole in the bottom of the case won’t go in all the way and stick out
