Pros
It's lightweight, cool and comfortable. Handy mask in a little bag with foam ear plugs. The sleep eye mask is lifted by design off your eyes so there's no pressure and its easy to sleep.
Cons
Thick and uncomfortable velcro strap sticks into the back of your head. Falls off during the night, if you put it on the tightest setting it hurts your ears.
I'm so disappointed in what was a perfect product before. Searching for a new mask now. This product is not returnable which is ridiculous!

More adjustment on the band would improve the product further

They wash well tooonly criticism is that yes they are adjustable but need to change from velcro to something else or make the velcro longer

The contoured design is incredibly comfortable and doesnt press against my eyes which is a huge plus compared to other masks ive tried
