While i ultimately didnt wind up having success with this product due to color options i was happy with the product and customer experiencethe customer service experiencei had an amazing customer service experience thanks to a rep named isabella who i contacted through facebook thats whats suggested on the products packaging

I only gave 4 stars for ease of use because you kind of have to press down occasionally to get the product out and holding it down towards your brow to let the product come out is hard to me anyway instinct is to hold it up toward my brows

My only dislike was that i got two different colors because i was unsure which one would be closest to my natural hair color and the pens are not marked with the color so it is difficult to tell them apart
