Given its thoughtful design and robust construction, it provides good value for money. Would recommend it for its value. They are super good!
The product arrives without excess packaging, feeling both premium and environmentally conscious. This is a pretty simple product but does what it says on the tin.
These are a good pair of straps with a tough, strong leather palm protector. The straps are made with a high quality suede. The wrist straps are nice and padded.
Cons
It smells like rubbber and industrial chemicals and lingers on anything the grips touch. Concerning and frankly disgusting. -linger.
Highlights
Quality
Stitches are done properly, materials are durable, fit is great and adjustable, colors are as expected and match other items he has.
These grips are very well made and seem like they will last.
After just one or two uses, i found that it takes no more than 2-3 seconds to achieve the perfect grip.
They had a heavy smell of rubber and that smell transfers to your hands.
Price
Great gym addition at a fraction of the cost of versa but just as good.
Love the price point and are a must for the gym.
The emphasis on safety and ergonomic support could justify a higher price point, assuming it aligns with the buyer's budget.
Shipping
Secondly they seemed to have some odd powder or dust on them when they were delivered.
Packaging/appearance
The product arrives without excess packaging, feeling both premium and environmentally conscious.
Upon opening the package, it had a very strong rubber smell, but after a few days the smell went away.
I was able to easily wipe them down and remove the particles, but the packaging for this needs to be re-thought.
Whoa baby, did these smelllll when i opened the package - definitely need to be aired out, so just beware when opening.

The leather seems thick and stiff and strong velcro around the wrists

Ive been lifting for a long time and traditionally have used lifting straps and i must say that i find this type of strap or grip superior to the old ones that wrap around your wrist with the loop on the end that you curl tightly around the bar cutting off your circulation

The velcro wraps more loosely around your wrist so that the grip part hangs down around your fingertips
Posted by a reviewer on Amazon
You place your hands so that the bar is between your hands and the grip pads then you use your fingertips to curl the grip pads up and around twisting them backward around the bar until they get tight and also pull the grip so that the wrist strap tightens around your wrist

When you are done with your set you simply open your hands the grip uncurls and you are free from the bar

With straps sometimes i would get them so tight that it took a little jiggling to get them loose from the bar
