They were nice jars but 2 ounces of pipe tobacco doesnt fit in a 2 ounce jar

It doesnt really tighten per se but there is a seal at the top of the lid that seems to make them airtight

So the jars seem to be airtight even though looking at the lid doesnt make you think that but looks can be and seem to be deceiving in this instance
