Pros
No more flimsy plastic shades. Color also matches so that's nice. Your eyes are stelios and you fight(see) in the shade.
All you need is a screwdriver! Just unscrew the old part from your car, and then install the new visor. Very easy to install and the added screws weren't needed but very welcomed.
Cons
Will not purchase another non-oem visor. Now it is useless. No warranty, complete waste of money.

Feels a little delicate and spring to hold it up is not very strong.
Note: the oem honda visors do break over the years because of a manufacturing defect that causes the plastic inside to split.

It fits perfectly and functions like the original but with a few minor shortcomings• while it does include a mirror this visor is not equipped with a backlight as was my original civic si visor• the visor is gray but it is two shades lighter than the gray of the original visor• the installation kit did not include the little triangular trim piece which covers the screw heads

It does not come with the small visor holder it snaps into but if the original works fine you wont need one
