These are very sleek, quiet, easy to use and dependable. The one complaint we have heard is that the blue 'working' light is bright enough to be distracting.

Fingernails on chalkboard kind of loud. The head seek mechanism thrashes and vibrates the desktop.

An electrolytic filter capacitor has failed short. Drive frequently disconnects. Tons of i/o errors and dreaded semaphore timeouts.
