Fyi i have more torque drivers than this one because there is usually no perfect tool for every situation

Overtightening or undertightening both can lead to problems one one end you damage the fastener of your item and on the other the fastener may fall out or not perform properly

The one thing i found odd is that the range on this device is from 1575 inch pounds dont confuse this with a footpound torque screwdriver and when set at 15 inlbs the adjuster ring is on the numeral 5

I would expect it to be at zero and raising the torque setting to 16 would require a rotation of the adjuster ring one unit

Now there is an allen screw on the body but the directions do not mention adjusting to zero so i would be disinclined to tinker with it at risk of damaging the settings
