I have been doing more than average baking lately and many quick breads pound cakes and such need a loaf pan i have lots of other pans and baking dishes but no loaf pans so these will be put to work

I dont know if it was the portion problem or what every time i use this pan to bake the bottom of my bread is end up hard and the bread color itself is too dark for me and i had use different temp to test it out and it still the same

A note of caution which is stated in the instructions however do not bake anything over 450 degrees
