Pros

Built in sharpener is located in the knife cover. It sharpens when you put it away. Comes in a 'holder', with a sharpening tool, that re-sharpens the knife every time you place it back in the holder.

Good cutlery costs money. Curve of the blade is correct for slicing accurately and quickly. I have one knife that has kept it's sharpness that i bought at ikea in the early 90's.

Food does stick to the blade, so i use a little olive oil on a paper towel and carefully coat the blade. Now able to slice tomatoes thin. Cut vegetables easily and for me easy to hold.

The handle is very comfortable, but keep your grip hand dry. The balance is decent enough that i never feel like it's awkward in my hand. It feels heavy duty but isn't clumsy heavy.

The sheath has a small sharpener attached that supposedly sharpens the blade every time the knife is used.
