Pros

My primary use for these (except for the steak knives) is for food prep of all sorts. The blade is better balanced than the lower-end farberware. It removes rust and discoloration while polishing the blade. Scissors are solid.

I have a few shun knives, and they are by far the best knives i've ever owned. These are nice mid-priced knives. On an aesthetic level, they're also quite beautiful knives.

Knives come sharpened and ready to use. Knives are very sharp and have retained their sharpness rather well.

This set works out nicely. Nice price for the quality of knives. Nonetheless still a good value. Very happy with my purchase.
