I can appreciate a well-made kitchen utensil as much as i can appreciate any other well-made product.
I like the faberware brand for most things and this one doesn't disappoint.

It also seems like it would hold up well in the dishwasher though the care instructions say hand wash always good advice for wood i run all of mine through the washer half the time and have several 1520yo ones with cheaper wood that have survived such abuse

This is interesting its narrow for jar necks but because its not square i cant get some bottom edges

Attention has been paid to sanding and finishing the wood—something that is almost never done with contemporary wooden utensil sets which look and feel like they just came off the lathe

If you look at the image you will note that one side is straight and goes to a point while the other side is slightly curved and ends by curving around the corner

Of course shes also forgotten this one too but only the wood handle was burned and the spatula itself remained as new
