I use this for pie crusts and shortbread cookies. I love how the attachments to this rolling pin take the guessing out of getting dough rolled out evenly! Works well but dough sticks like crazy!

The attachments on the sides are sturdy and you just roll over a few times and voila even thickness! I know you can't get a marble roller at this price, so for the price point, this is a great choice!
