Pros

Farberware classic stainless steel saucepot steamer insert and lid - 3 quart is very versatile cookware. Once cooked the insert is just right to drain the contents of the main pot.

Due to the pans heaviness, it keeps the chocolate warm on a low temperature, and doesn't scald. Cooks evenly and easy to clean. Does great in the dishwasher.

Cons

Return fee of $9 is unreasonable. Received with the lid shattered.

So, i ordered this pot a couple years ago and it came with the lid shattered.

It's hard to find good, solid, study cookware these days.

Packaging/appearance

They put it in a box every time that is 4 times bigger than the pot, flimsy cardboard and no packing so good luck.

Mine arrived with a a little dent but didn't affect the food quality of this product
