First off about this product when it says it is a six piece set it means there are six pieces lid and pot together and not fourteen pots and pans

The high heat actually causes the pots could actually warp in shape

That being said if you are going to use this you should take the temperature you are cooking at into account

Honestly i am not sure if this can be cleaned well in a dish washer as the high temperature may cause damage the pot

There are lids allow a little air into it so it does not become a pressure cooker

Although fabarware states that these saucepans are dishwasher safe they do caution that overtime a dishwasher may compromise the beautiful mirror like finish
