Pros
The farberware pizza stone is easy to clean and goes right in the dishwasher. It is a great alternative to a pampered chef pizza stone. The stone is also dishwasher safe.
The crust and undercarriage are all nice and crispy. Works well for grilling veggies let alone pizza. Can also be used for cakes, lasagna, anything kind of food or dessert.
This is my first pizza stone and as a novice i would have appreciate having basic use and care instructions on the box. Works well in the oven and on the bar-b-que. The product is more on the lighter weight for a pizza stone but it seems extremely dur... Read More

The first pizza we made stuck to the stone, so all subsequent pizzas used a piece of parchment between the crust and the stone.
It's only 1 in thick more used for keeping things from getting too hot for your countertop.

To be more effective you will want to preheat the oven with the stone for at least 10 minutes to ensure it’s up to the proper temperature
