The silicone bristles on the baster are curved and really spread sauce around

The first tip has silicone bristles with a little nozzle in the middle of them so instead of contaminating your basting sauce with a brush you can just squeeze what you need brush it on and rinse the tip

The bottle is thin plastic thats really easy to squeeze but it feels durable and doesnt seem like itll crack or anything like that

So its really hard for the bottle to suck contaminated sauce back into itself after touching raw or cooking meat

I did not have trouble squirting thick or thin sauces out of the included spout but the basting cover is hard to squeeze thick sauces through
