Blade Sharpness
Customers are generally positive about the blade sharpness of the Farberware Edgekeeper Triple Riveted Santoku Self-Sharpening Blade Cover. They appreciate the self-sharpening cover that keeps the blade sharp, making slicing and dicing easier. Some customers have noted that it is a nice knife for the price point and perfect size for everyday use. However, a few customers mentioned that they experienced some metal "dust" on their food from the sharpener.
Highlights
Quality
The knife seems to get fixed in the cover securely, which is great.
Knife is very sharp and the sheath when you put it in and out sharpens it really nice knife
I like dicing with this knife as the very flat edge doesn't leave any produce partially cut.
I would like to see them with 5% more carbon-steel to give them a harder edge to last a little longer.
Price
Given the price point, i believe this is a really nice knife.
