Pros

The included rack for cutlery/spoon/fork is good. I can lay them flat on the rack or have them hanging through the holes (which can fit more) our kitchen cannot accommodate a full sized dishwasher unless we would demo the entire kitchen.

It is so easy to use, and my dishes and tupperware come out nice and clean with no greasy feel. It is gentle enough to clean delicate glassware like delicate champagne flutes and wine glasses.

A+ for sanitizing all those baby-related knick-knacks. The filter is a little difficult to clean, but running hot water through it, and scrubbing it with hands works fine. The quality, fit and finish of this washer is good.

The 5-liter built-in water tank seems to be super-efficient. It has a " rapid " cycle that runs for 40 minutes and heats the water to over 100 degrees. It comes with the little jug to fill it up if you don’t want to connect it to the faucet.

Cons

Even putting one normal sized dinner plate in there severely limits what else you can put inside. It is so bulky that it doesn't fit under my cabinets. Lastly, it’s a little heavy, kinda bulky, and barely fit under the cabinets as we didn’t have anywh... Read More

Originally rated 4 starts, gave it one, would give less if possible. I'm ready to put it in the dumpster and consider it a $300 lesson/loss. Don't waste your time or money.

If the washer is not completely full of water, it makes a horrible grinding noise that doesn't stop until you realize what's wrong and how to fix it (fill the water tank back up until the machine beeps at you with several *piercingly* loud beeps) also... Read More
