The grill lines cant replicate the taste of a real grill but they do add some nice lines

The pan is nonstick but is made with nontoxic ceramic versus typical nonstick coatings which can carry some health concerns

The pan is not only good for glass gas and induction stovetops but it can go in the oven as well
