Pros

The water cooler replaces a similar one that lasted five years. It sits nicely on my counter and looks very nice. Instant ice water and hot water.

Cons

Unit no longer chills water. Water temperature is warmer than room temp. And periodically, the green light goes back on, so basically it is wasting electricity to keep the water chilled.

The water tastes like plastic and the flow is like a trickle. Ran 9 gallons of water and bleached/water cleaned the inside after hoping to remedy the chemical taste. I just opened it the other day caused i moved & it leaks!
