Pros

Works great, easy to maneuver, love the lil storage compartment. Easy to clean the tray. It sits nicely on my counter and looks very nice.

Cons

This cooler is terrible. Very slow to recover. Water just isn't as satisfying or refreshing.

After about 2 bottle changes the piece that pierces the bottle came apart and now becomes unseated every time a bottle is removed or installed. Area is also not big enough to fit a 32 oz hydro flask. Handles for waterspouts are plastic and flimsy.

It comes out warm at best. Also the little container at the bottom is not refrigerated.
