These pans are steel, and much sturdier. Catches overflow in oven. These insulated sheets work well with no sticking or over browning of cookies.

Very durable and has held up nicely since purchasing.
The non-stick coating works great, they heat evenly, and they are sturdy.
The cookies bake evenly and do not burn on the bottom.
This pan is air bake, it's bakes very evenly
Price
For sixteen bucks each plus tax with next day delivery the cookie sheets seem like a bargain.
Great price though, interesting how light these air in color, to others more commonly in use

Amazon took the product back with hardly a question and sent a new one packed in the same way!

My only complaint about these is the fact they are not sold in a 3-pack, and they were too small for what i needed them for.

First shipment came in uninsulated box and thus the edges of the tray were damaged to the point i was afriad the airbake would be comprised

I tried to question farberware about the issue and they wanted me to go into an involved process of returning the tray to them rather than answering my question about possible damaged because of the crunched edges
