Pros

All do a great job, cook evenly and easily wash clean with no residual of any kind. Quick soapy rinse, dried and ready for the next batch. These are definitely much larger than your average 11x17 inch baking heet.

Cons

The non-stick coating is great, but the pans buckle every time you put the in the oven and look a potato chip, rather than a flat sheet. It also stains the most i've ever seen any pan stain. From now on--- all i will use to prevent any sticking in bak... Read More

After washing and drying it, we put some frozen french fries on it and popped it into a 450 degree oven. One side comes up higher than the other. We have a 20” stove for our nyc apartment, so they are too long to close the door. Too wide for my oven.
