Pros

All do a great job, cook evenly and easily wash clean. Looks like this will be a long-lasting baking pan. Easy clean.

These sheet pans work great. They do warp a bit at high temps (400 f and higher) but they return to being flat when they cool down. Use them with the farberware sheet pans and the sheet pans will look like new, forever.

Cons

The non-stick coating is great, but the pans buckle every time you put the in the oven and look a potato chip, rather than a flat sheet. They are flimsy they do buckle andcookies burn even when you use parchment paper.

And these pans are heavy, not thin metals.

What didn't come off when rinsed, easily came off with a paper towel then washed and dried, by hand.

These beat the price elsewhere and are light, and easy to clean.

Also, even though they're non-stick, the pizza still sticks to them and leaves marks that won't come out.

I bought several other farberware pans after my experience with this cookie sheet.

Next time, i'll get the better ones.
