Pros

This little knife does the trick. Pleasantly surprised. It’s my go to when i need to prep for the week.

This is the first ever very sharp paring i bought. It can be sharpened just by pulling knife in & out of sleeve. The built in knife sharpener a bonus. The edgekeeper sharpener works really well.

Just had to take the time to compliment amazon. This knife is #1 mail order knife i've bought. It's a replacement for one i bought several years ago. Size and conmfort are worth the try.

I like the sleeve the knife sits in. Just the right size with a comfortable grip. Got this knife to carry in my purse.

Cons

The locking mechanism is supposed to be inserted into the knife's hole once in the cover. For some odd reason, the knife i received isn't quite long enough to reach this hole, thus rendering the locking mechanism useless. The sharping device seems to ... Read More

Disappointed, it is cheap and already rusted after a few weeks. Last but not least, i despise that this is hand wash only.

For the price you really can't go wrong.

The price makes this a great value in my opinion.

Packaging/appearance

It arrived very sharp right out of the package (shave the hair on your arm sharp).

I will probably rinse the sheathe once in a while to remove any micro particles left from the sharpening.

Competitiveness

I wish they had a 3-inch blade with the sharpener, i would buy it right now!

Decided to pick one up on amz.

I used the chef's choice 15xv electric sharpener to transform the edge on the 3.
