White appliance. Looks sturdy. Looks lovely on our countertop.

Only downside so far is when power failure it will not save memory settings. Works well, only thing that will affect the rating is longevity.

It makes a very loud grinding noise when running it. Their website claims that they have a limited lifetime warranty.

It's so disappointing. Do not purchase. It is over priced. It's a huge lemon.

The box was a little worrisome but the microwave was well packed.
