Pros

Thermometer is great for steaming milk or heating water for coffee. Response time is very good for its type and the thermometer seems to be very well made. There's a nifty holder that protects the rod when not in use.

The on/off and standard/metric switches are located on the side and are easy to use. The display is so much easier to read than the needle with a dial. There's also a hold button on the top of the unit that will lock the last reading.

The ccelsius thermometer is a good value. It has a large, easy to read screen and a great temperature range. The dial reads in degrees fahrenheit and celsius.

The case fits snug enough to be secure, but not so tight you can't remove it with wet hands. The sleeve is good, it covers and protects the business end. I also like that it has a sturdy feel.

Easy to clean -- just don't submerge the digital head in water. Other than that, no complaints. I am pleased with this product, it works just fine.

Cons

The thin glass tube beaded inside with moisture, water leaks into the cheap rubber top when you clean it and ruins the product. The clip is also loose on the glass surround, it slips up and down easily.
