Pros
The ceramic coating is the safest coating available today. They bake evenly and are easy to clean. Highly recommend, do not hesitate to purchase.
Cons
They are also flimsy and tend to bend when hot/heated in the oven.
They clearly state temp up to 500 is alright. Warps at 400, warps at 450. Hard to clean. Went back to my nordic sheet pans with much better results. Settles back to flat after it cools.
